More than 90 years of history at your service
Our story began in 1930 in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, over 90 years ago, at Pastelería Jansana. For the past 10 years, we have been combining tradition and expertise to offer high-quality gluten-free products.
We have our own workshop and ensure that our products are made following a strict production control process.
In response to the growing community of celiacs and the limited availability of products meeting their needs, we are commited to offering a selction of 100% gluten-free products, maintaining the delicious taste and small pleasures of pastry.
Jansana Gluten Free Bakery opened its doors on Balmes Street in Barcelona in 2015 and is one of the first bakeries for celiacs and food intolerances in Catalonia.
GLUTEN FREE
In our own workshop, we exclusively use gluten-free flours and ingredients. Additionally, we ensure that our products are prepared following strict production control.
We have been certified by the Catalan Celiac Association since 2015.

FREEZING PROCESS
We recommend freezing the bread to ensure its preservation and texture. You can freeze it directly in the original packaging.
The rest of the products can also be frozen. To defrost both the bread and the other products, you can do so at room temperature or with a gentle heat in the oven. If you have sliced the bread before freezing it, you can place it directly in the toaster.
PRESERVATION
If you plan to consume our products within the next 24 hours, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place in their original packaging. If you intend to consume them at a later time, we suggest freezing them. Products packaged in bags (such as palmiers, ladyfingers, biscotti, almond cakes, and plum cakes) have their expiration date printed on a label on the back.
