HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Getting Jansana products is very simple. Find all the items you need and add them to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout if you have everything you need. In your shopping cart, you’ll see a green button labeled “Checkout.” Click it, then enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase. We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been processed.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BASKET?

We do not accept order cancellations, changes to the delivery address, or modifications to the contents of an order. Orders will be processed using the information provided at the time of purchase.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE FROZEN?

Most of our breads are fresh and do not contain any preservatives. We always recommend consuming them within 5 days* of receiving your order, and keeping the product refrigerated at all times. *Due to their high-hydration dough, crystal-textured breads (burger and ciabatta) should be consumed within 2 days of receipt. Freezing is a personal choice, depending on your preferences and how quickly you plan to consume the bread. If you decide to freeze our breads to extend their shelf life, we recommend defrosting them at room temperature. A quick reheat in the oven (4–5 minutes at 180°C) or in a toaster will restore them to a freshly baked state. Do not refreeze.
