HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Getting Jansana products is very simple. Find all the products you need and add them to your shopping cart. You can continue shopping or process your order if you already have everything you need. In your shopping cart, you'll find a green button that says "Checkout." Click it, and all you have to do is enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is processed.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BASKET?

We do not accept order cancellations, delivery address changes, or changes to the contents of the order. Orders will be processed using the information provided at the time of purchase.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY PHONE?

CAN YOUR PRODUCTS BE FROZEN?

Most of our breads are fresh and do not contain any preservatives. We always recommend consuming them within 5 days* of receiving your order, and always keeping the product refrigerated. *Due to their high-hydration dough, crystal-textured breads (burger and ciabatta) should be consumed within 2 days of receiving the product. The issue of freezing is something that each consumer decides, depending on their preferences or speed of consumption. If you decide to freeze our breads to make them last longer, we recommend defrosting them at room temperature. With a quick blast in the oven (4-5 minutes at 180°C) or a toaster, you can enjoy them freshly baked. Do not refreeze.
