CONSERVATION

· If not frozen, it should be consumed the same day.
· It can be kept at room temperature (up to 20ºC) for a full day.
· In the freezer, it can be stored for up to 1 month, provided it is properly sealed at -18ºC.
· To defrost, leave at room temperature for 1 hour and then reheat in the oven for 5 minutes at 180ºC to restore its texture.
