CONSERVATION

· They can be frozen for up to 2 months, provided they are well packaged and sealed.
· For consumption, it must be tempered for 1 hour at room temperature and then regenerated in an oven at 180ºC for 3 minutes.
· Without freezing, they maintain their freshness for 1 or 2 days with refrigeration.
