· Refrigeration: Up to 3 days, tightly covered if possible.
· Freezing: Up to 30 days, if possible, tightly covered.
· Defrosting: Slowly in the refrigerator.
· Regeneration: It can be done in a microwave or preferably in an oven covered with paper at 180ºC for 5-10 minutes.
